SAP SuccessFactors Senior Talent Consultant Location: 90% remote - 10% PrestonDuration: 18 Months + ExtensionsRate: £600 per day Skills/Experience: * Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation* Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.* Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops* Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap* Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization* Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi location delivery model* Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules* Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations Apply now to discuss further ?
