SAP Successfactors Lead

SAP SuccessFactors Lead required by my leading Banking client to enable the organisations' portfolio of programmes and projects to deliver effectively. You'll operationally manage the in-scope systems, in conjunction with the Nearshore Application Support function, ensuring business continuity. The role will also include Project management of the in-scope change function including leading and attending the relevant governance forums, Budget control, portfolio reporting and efficiency management. Strong HR system knowledge
Strong experience on the SuccessFactors system
Previous line management experience is beneficial
Financial services background is desirable
Excellent communication skills.
