Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and enhancement of Employee Central Payroll and related integrations.
Manage solution design for SAP EC Payroll projects.
Participate in workshops to optimize SAP SuccessFactors Solutions for client needs.
Contribute to integration decisions for EC Payroll.
Document requirements, configurations, and testing plans.
Support team members with EC Payroll challenges.
Assist in HR environment setup and system access.
Configure modules and collaborate with teams to meet client requirements.
Provide interface support for solution integration.
Assist with testing, defect resolution, and post go-live support.
Prepare project documentation and deliver training sessions.
Support current clients with fixes and proposed solutions.
Stay updated on industry knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in HR processes preferred.
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
Proven experience implementing SuccessFactors EC payroll module.
5+ years' experience in SAP and EC payroll.
