SAP Success Factors Consultant - Hiring ASAP
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 18-month contract
Location: 90% Remote & 10% onsite in Preston
Rate: £580 - £650 per day inside IR35
Will put the chosen candidate through a BPSS clearance
Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the delivery of an innovative, robust, and future-proof global SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals management solution for a large, multi-national organisation.
• Guide the customer on SF talent best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors product roadmap
• Lead the PMGM workstream across all phases of the project, working flexibly and incorporating a multi-location delivery model.

Key Skills

• Strong experience of 'hands on' SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management configuration, and knowledge and experience of integration into the rest of the SuccessFactors suite.
• Ability to plan, prepare and deliver design and playback workshops.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels within a client's organization.
• Certification in SuccessFactors PMGM and other talent modules
• Experience of delivering SuccessFactors at large, complex organisations
