This role is pivotal within the Supply Chain Capability team, requiring a blend of business development, sales origination, and strong client delivery. As an SAP Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and implementation projects. Your key responsibilities include:Providing specialised advice in SAP Supply Chain management, collaborating closely with clients leads to optimising processes and maximising SAP benefits.Leading business development and sales initiatives, including bid proposals and contract negotiations with SAP clients.Driving the growth of SAP Supply Chain Capability by sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership, and supporting team members' career aspirations.Demonstrating functional expertise in the latest SAP Supply Chain solutions and their integration with other SAP modules, including SAP Finance.Advising on technical integration of the SAP Supply Chain application with third-party tools and applications.Guiding data migration and ensuring data integrity during deployment.Leveraging experience from SAP S/4 implementations in manufacturing, consumer packaging, pharmaceuticals, or retailWhat you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA-enabled processes and configuration across various areas, including SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), SAP PPDS, SAP DMC, SAP ME, SAP PEO, SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), SAP Enterprise Asset Management/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfilment/AATP/Logistics Execution, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, and SAP Transport Management.Proven experience in Engagement/Delivery Management and/or Solution Architecture for large-scale SAP transformation programs.Deep understanding of digital trends in the supply chains, such as Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, and SCM Digital Solutions that integrate with SAP.Track record of leading bids, proposals, and successful commercial negotiations with clients.Effective management of onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources to ensure efficient project delivery.Strong client relationship-building skills based on subject expertise and quality of delivery.Excellent interpersonal, team-building, organisational, and motivational abilities.Proficiency in facilitation, problem-solving, and communication (both written and oral) with client stakeholders and remote development teams.Minimum 3 full lifecycle SAP system design, build, and deployment implementations.Experience in business analysis, translating requirements into design, and producing high-quality project deliverables.What you'll get in return £120,000 Base salary + bonuses + additional benefitsOpportunity to work with some of the leading organisations within their respected industries.25 days' holiday + study leave should you be preparing for professional exams and certifications.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
