Your role is to provide administrative and base technical support and control to the support of Kingfisher SAP Technologies for group systems across all Banners, including the administration of relevant 3rd party suppliers. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in our utilisation of GCP resources.

Provide base Netweaver technical support for Kingfisher SAP ApplicationsHelp co-ordinate all SAP technical activities with 3rd partiesInvolvement in the full lifecycle (design, build, implementation) of business and infrastructure change programmeFull involvement in the ITIL process to ensure the team meet the SLA target across service management processes (via 3rd party management) and deliver to project SLA timescalesUnderstand and help promote/improve monitoring of SAP systems via use of Solution ManagerPlanning for all SAP technical activities are tracked, plans are up-to-date and communicatedProvide 24x7 support coverage as required by SAP Technical Operations Manager and drive Process Efficiency/Effectiveness (using 3rd parties where appropriate)Exploit new and existing functionality to help drive IT and/or Business opportunities and innovationDirect input into shaping the SAP roadmap and SAP Design and actively support the change approval processHelp to ensure effective service lifecycle management in conjunction with other service management personnel and service control
