About the Position You're Considering
As a SAP Programme Director, your role involves leading efforts to transform our clients' businesses throughout the program lifecycle. This includes shaping proposals during pre-sales, offering advisory services, overseeing program delivery, and ensuring successful integration of changes within the business. You'll serve as the main contact for executive managers and stakeholders at client companies, playing a pivotal role in board-level governance by often leading steering group and program board meetings.
Hybrid Working:
Your work environment will vary, including company offices, client sites, and remote work from home, although not exclusively.
Your Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing SAP practices, collaborating with several FTSE 100 companies. You'll manage projects using cutting-edge SAP solutions such as S/4, Business Suite on Hana, CX, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and UX. We've pioneered projects like the first HEC project in the UK and continue to guide clients on strategic SAP roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell and deliver profitable programs according to forecasts.
Lead in shaping our responses to RFPs and growing our work pipeline.
Establish strong, lasting relationships with CXOs.
Drive innovation for continuous delivery improvement with robust program governance.
Form high-performing teams capable of flexible work, including remote models.

Your Skills and Experience:
Trusted client advisor with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proven track record in winning bids and delivering major SAP projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in successful project delivery and turnarounds.
Expertise in contract and commercial management, emphasizing budget control and forecasting.
Security Clearance:
Successful candidates will undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, but further checks may be necessary for those who've lived outside the UK in the last 3 years.
