Description:
The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a several complex projects (typically with several internal project teams), in terms of their scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, client satisfaction and employee satisfaction. (The Program Manager is a window through which the client views SAP and Rizing).
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the implementation of the SAP solution at a given customer site (within scope, time and budget) for deliverables with high quality and client satisfaction
take ownership by leading, guiding, and motivating the project team, driving results, providing appropriate support to the teams when needed, involving the Program Directors/ Managers and/or the Rizing Management if required.
Conduct weekly project team meetings and monthly or (periodic) Steering Committee meetings and prepare or provide support in the preparation of Steering Meeting presentations as well as the minutes.
Resolve internal / customer issues without affecting the project timelines, delivery plans etc.
Communicate and stay in touch with the Senior Management of the Customer organisation with regard to the progress of the project and gain acceptance and support for the rapid implementation of the project.
Lead, guide and motivate project team for better results and provide appropriate support for the project team as and when required (Involve Rizing Programme/Consultant Managers if necessary
Work closely with consulting resources / development resources for smooth and cordial functioning of the project activities.
Ensure knowledge transfer occurs with the client team.
Make clear the roles and responsibilities of the internal and customer project team and ensure outputs and results from both client and consultant teams.
Report exception/problems and concerns to the Programme Manager / Consulting Manager and Client Management.
Prepare weekly progress reports and circulate as to Rizing and customer management teams.
Overall management of the project.
Perform additional duties that commensurate with the current role, as and when required by the management.

Be a role model through dedication to customer service, problem solving and demonstrating a high level of capability.
Being capable and available for interviewing candidates for potential opportunities within the company

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, Political Science, Computer Science or related discipline with equivalent work experience.
12+ years of project management experience in SAP implementation projects
Desired Qualifications:
Excellent project planning skills at a high, medium, and very detailed level. Ability to know when each is required. (Appreciation of complex implementation of an integrated application)
Having SAP Functional or Technical background is beneficial.
Exposure to the Fashion and Lifestyle Industry
Must have led projects with 50+ team members.
Fluent in English
Experience working with international clients / teams.
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to articulate ideas and opinions to all stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Advanced knowledge of Consumer Industries SAP software solutions.
Basic knowledge of project management methodology, to include planning, schedule development, scope, and cost management.
Advanced understanding of marketing concepts as applied in a service/consulting environment.

Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ability to engage and develop relationships with key stakeholder decision makers.
Ability to creatively and effectively communicate in writing and verbally to include creating presentations, marketing collateral, etc.
Ability to creatively communicate the value of our products and services.
Ability to manage time, handle multiple activities/projects, and shift priorities with a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, ask probing questions, and recommend/implement solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to communicate effectively across various internal and external channels daily.
