Sap Human Resources Payroll Consultant

Overview:
DWI are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors HR Payroll Consultant to collaborate with a key client based in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing functional expertise and solutions within SAP S/4 HR and Payroll domains.
Responsibilities:
Utilize consulting and functional expertise to lead multiple end-to-end project life cycles, focusing on SAP S/4 HR and Payroll solution design and configuration.
Collaborate within interdisciplinary and agile teams to address client challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
Engage with the in-house competency centre to address service tickets and contribute to mini projects.
Demonstrate proficiency in SAP S/4 HR and UK specific Payroll, emphasizing integration with other SAP components.
Execute work packages across the entire project life cycle.
Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure project success.
Apply knowledge of various delivery methodologies, including Agile.
Minimum of 3 end-to-end payroll project implementations.
Key Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with SAP S/4 HR and Payroll solutions UK specific, including understanding Payroll and tax laws.
Proven capability in SAP S/4 HR and Payroll solution design and configuration.
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HR and UK Payroll integration.
Proficiency in stakeholder management.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong track record in end-to-end payroll project implementations.
