SAP Project Manager
My retail client is looking Two ERP Project Managers to join them on their Transformation journey, featuring a significant S/4 Hana deployment for Finance.
Responsibilities:
Focus on Management Information, Charted account design, Reporting Architecture, Enterprise Structure, Report Functional Specification.
Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp project requirements and delineate project scope.
Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines and budgets.
Manage project resources, both internal staff and external contractors.
Ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality within budget constraints.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks.
Keep stakeholders, including the executive team, informed with regular project status updates.
Facilitate productive project meetings, fostering team synergy.
Develop and upkeep project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and status reports.
Contribute to solution design and other workstream activities as needed.
Support process-specific "Get Fit" activities, such as data cleansing and process conformance initiatives.
Collaborate with QA partners to provide valuable insights supporting their efforts.
Requirements:
Experience in ERP or other systems implementation projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects successfully within stipulated timeframes and budgets.
Proficient in project management, including planning, resource management, and risk mitigation.
Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels effectively.
Team player with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration.
Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience utilizing project management tools like MS Project or JIRA.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional teams.
