Job DescriptionApplication Specialist SAP FI-CA – 6 Month FTC – Worthing (Hybrid)Our utilities client is currently seeking a Application Specialist SAP FI-CA to join their team in Worthing, this will be a hybrid role and you will be required to come into the office 2 days a week FOR 6 months to cover maternity leave. Working within FICA, you will be expected to act as the expert in supporting and configuring SAP ISU. In this role, you will be liaising with internal and offshore stakeholders supporting on BAU and project work.Responsibilities:Capturing end user requirements; configuring, testing and integrating as necessary within FI-CA/ SAP ISUProviding 2nd line support (L2-4 as applicable) for FICA SPA ISU applicationResponding to support tickets and incidents in FICA workstream - taking full ownership through to resolutionProduce specifications and designs for SAP ISU and its components to meet defined business needs, retaining compatibility with enterprise and solution architecturesImplementing new releases of SAP ISUSupporting additional projects aligned with business objectives and solution architectureSpecify, design and maintain mechanisms for storage and access to both structured and unstructured information, in support of business information needsDesign, create, test and document new and amended programme components, configuration, SQL, packages, code base and programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standardsDevelop, implement and report the findings of suitable test schedules to measure and improve the quality of application solutions being deployed, to ensure that new and amended systems, configurations, packages, or services, together with any interfaces, perform as specifiedWork towards continuous improvement and bug fixes for BAU processesAbout you:Strong experience in SAP ISU; configuration and problem solving is essentialExcellent working knowledge of SAP FI-CA module (functional)Working knowledge of SAP ISUExperience in stakeholder managementIdeally experience working within the utilities industryKnowledge of IT Service Management toolsets, including Knowledge Base & Configuration ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skills, flexible and a proactive team playerSelf-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude to problem solvingDoes this opportunity excite you?
