We are looking for passionate, tech-savvy and innovative people who would like to join our team.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team and lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for our clients in the financial services industry. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable and innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the financial services sector.Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed in development and customization activities.Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, and manage expectations throughout the project.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, data models, and integration specifications.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Financial Services Cloud features and enhancements, and provide recommendations for their adoption.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to ensure successful project delivery.Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and customization, with a focus on Financial Services Cloud.Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly preferred.Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including knowledge of banking, insurance, wealth management, or other related sectors.Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, including designing and delivering complex solutions.Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including its features, capabilities, and best practices.Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Experience with data modeling, data migration, and integration with external systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
