As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce projects.
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project).
