They seek a talented and experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join their experienced team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects for clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from inception to completion, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management of Salesforce implementation projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team and organisation.
Qualifications:
Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in Salesforce implementations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, functionalities, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients in a consulting or professional services environment.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Salesforce.com, JIRA, or Microsoft Project.
PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
