You'll be responsible for business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping, customer journeys), prototyping, configuration, testing, training, defining support procedures. You'll also support the team in RFP, proposal responses, demos and PoCs. Skills The ideal candidate must have the following skills:- Highly knowledgable around the Salesforce Marketing Cloud product suite- Proficient at building Email campaigns in SFMC, HTML and AMPScript- Advanced knowledge of SQL, Automation Studio and Journey Builder- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Personalisation, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Data Cloud- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud analytics and reporting data Experience Requirements - Hands-on experience delivering end-end solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Platform/s.- You'll have significant business process design and optimisation experience, as well as the ability to provide recommendations for extending the platform/s where appropriate.- Experience in Retail, Media, Consumer Goods, Travel, Transport, Hospitality, High Tech or Business Services industries required Qualifications Salesforce Certified on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement platform/s
