What Your Day Will Look Like
- As a DevOps engineer within the platform team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Salesforce & AWS delivery and observability platforms.
- You'll be part of a talented team of engineers, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
- You'll collaborate across multiple teams, aligning our DevOps platforms with our company's goals and vision.
- You'll strive to provide effective self-service capabilities that benefit all engineering teams.
- You'll continuously seek to understand and improve the platform capabilities you help deliver.
What We Expect From You
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with significant experience in Salesforce development and large-scale implementations.
- Proficiency in SFDX, Salesforce CLI Tooling, and Metadata API.
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment models, including release activities, data loads, profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, and sharing settings.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and understanding DevSecOps practices.
- Implementation experience with observability tooling and strategies.
- Expertise in integrating automated testing within deployment pipelines.
- Command of scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, and Bash.
- Strong understanding of Git and branching and tagging strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical and non-technical language effectively.
