Job Description
I am seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join arguably the best Salesforce Partner in the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing customised Salesforce solutions that meet our client's unique needs. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce functionalities using best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and others, to meet client requirements.
Perform data migrations, integrations, and system configurations as needed.
Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve our offerings and deliverables.
Qualifications
Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
Proven experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative features.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data model design.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
