Salesforce CRM Manager

A global investment management firm is hiring for a Salesforce CRM Manager in a newly created role in the business. This is a key hire for the firm’s digital strategy over the next year.This role reports into the Head of Marketing Communications and is responsible for managing and developing the firm’s global CRM strategy following the launch of the global Salesforce platform.Key responsibilities:Work with all business areas to define and agree the CRM platform (Salesforce) strategyProvide vision, leadership and advance the business and user requirementsSupport and accelerate the firm as a global centre of excellence for Pardot and Salesforce SuiteMaintain relationships with senior management in all business areasDevelop annual budgets and plans for the support and development of the CRM PlatformLead a global CRM Working GroupOur client is looking for a candidate with experience in supporting the Distribution business and driving a CRM strategy throughout the firm.
