Salesforce Consultant

Smart Edge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Salesforce Consultant @ UK.Design and build of both custom/standard components on the Salesforce platformLead a team of Salesforce Developers ensuring best practises are adhered to, providing mentorship and code review feedback as requiredDaily management of a development teamBuilding (hands-on coding) of more complex areas of the requirementsWork with Solution/Technical Architects to author Technical Design Documents, ensuring adherence to design patternsScoping, sizing and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreedDefine/Refine the development workflow for the development teamAct as the single point of contact for development team, triaging and prioritizing issues as requiredReview Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexityRequired Skills & Experienceacting as a Salesforce Tech LeadStrong experience with Salesforce Experience CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce Eco-System ? Expertise providing and implementing technical solutionsExcellent technical documentation skillsExperience in working in both agile and waterfall methodologies Desired SkillsExperience of Test-Driven DevelopmentExperience of development outside the Salesforce platform, i.e. React/Angular/Java projectsExperience of working with unlocked packagesFinancial Services industry experience, preferably within mortgagesExperience implementing Experience Cloud solutions at enterprise organisationsIf this sounds like a role you would be interested in or you know someone in this field.Please Reach :
