We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 1200 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.Expanding client relationships collaboratively is one of the key cornerstones of our corporate business plan and we have invested in Salesforce as the platform to help us do this.Our business is now at a pivotal point on our Salesforce journey, and we are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Business Development Manager to join our busy Marcomms team and be responsible for driving the effective use of Salesforce across the business as our primary client relationship management tool.Job DescriptionReporting into the Head of Client Engagement, theSalesforce Business Development Manager will work within the Marcomms team from our London HQ.This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in Business Development preferably using the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and a track record of successfully driving Salesforce initiatives to support business objectives.In this role, you will…Collaborate with key stakeholders, including individual departments, Marketing, and IT, to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.Act as a liaison between the Salesforce team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies, facilitating efficient communication and issue resolution.Advise on possible developments enhancements to the salesforce platform in order to drive Business Development Activity.Regularly spend time with individual departments and regional offices, providing strategic guidance on the adoption and integration of Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and drive productivity.Ensure all service lines are using Salesforce to both house client data as well as build new relationships through leveraging existing relationships that exist within the firm. Ensure teams are using the system to target new business and win repeat work.Work with the business to inspire a ‘sharing’ culture which sees the regular sharing of client intel on Salesforce by all fee earners and Key Client Managers.Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives with clear measurable metrics.Ensure the optimal configuration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements by working closely with the Salesforce Technical team to explore how additional bolt-ons such as Introhive can be maximized and adopted across the business.Design and roll-out a series of eye catching internal comms designed to reinforce key messages around how Salesforce should be used from a CRM perspective across the business, inspiring change.Work closely with our Learning & Development team to deliver specialised training programs to help the business upskill and feel confident navigating their way around Salesforce, promoting continuous learning and development.Oversee the quality of real estate data within Salesforce, implementing best practices for property information, transaction details, and client records.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a focus on real estate applications.Understanding of real estate business development and client relationship management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse complex real estate processes and recommend tailored solutions.A self-starter who is proficient in motivating and encouraging business change.Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.Salesforce certification(s) are a plus.You are enterprising:A driven, enthusiastic and committed individual, you seek opportunities to bring fresh ideas that create impactful work to help your clients grow and thrive.You come up with new ideas in order to inspire and motivate a culture of change.You love working closely with our network of experts, in an environment where ideas are shared and innovation is celebrated, to create exceptional and high-profile work.You develop and cultivate your networks across the organisation, building deep partnerships with experts to create work that delivers enduring value.You do what’s right:You are a trusted business partner, acting with confidentiality and the highest ethical standards in mind.If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for Salesforce and a proven track record of successful implementations, we invite you to apply for this challenging and rewarding role.
