The following activities are to be performed :- Business integration requirementso How the integrations as supplied by 3rd party can be applied in the client context of individual entitieso What to take into account for the individual entities and departments within the entities in terms of local behaviour and setting• Create a plan for convergence toward a more global approach to be applied after Client harmonizationo Client and document use cases (post implementation) how should the combined solution work for the agent to get the most out of the integration in terms of efficiencyo lign use cases with the stakeholders : Local Users, Omni Business Lead, Sales and Service Directors, Client Architect, Local Developer- Testing and Validation, preparation and executiono Develop and document test cases for individual entities to ensure proper execution of the integrationo Execute test cases and document problems found, produce feedback towards developers
