Job Description
Salesforce Architect, 6-12 month contract, £650-£700, Outside IR35, Strong Asset Management / Investment Management experience needed
We are in search of a highly proficient and proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in Asset Management. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing our Salesforce platform, ensuring its seamless operation and optimizing its capabilities to meet our client's evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Execute Pardot mailouts to effectively engage with our client's investor base and stakeholders.
Manage user permissions and licensing to maintain data security and compliance.
Prioritize and manage a backlog of small enhancements aimed at improving efficiency in critical business processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce technical administrator within the Asset Management industry.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
This contract is likely to be extended and there will be an expectation to travel to the London offices once a week
