Barchester has a brand new opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join our IT Business Systems team. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us as part of the implementation project, as well as continually enhancing our Salesforce platform post implementation.
Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions and reports with user satisfaction a priority.

Required experience and qualifications:
• 1+ years’ experience as a Salesforce or CRM Administrator
• Proven experience of working in a technical support role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with staff at all levels
• Experience of providing training to end users
• Problem-solving and strong analytical ability with orientation for detail and accuracy
Role and responsibilities:
• User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
• Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
• Provide user support to stakeholders and provide communication of platform changes to end users
• Contribute to data management to ensure Salesforce data quality, running checks and automations where necessary
• Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
• Design and create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
• Provide cross-functional user training post implementation
