We are looking for a Team Leader in Luton who can drive a team of Sales Agents for a company helping 1000's of businesses across the UK radically reduce their bills through the use of innovative technology.
Based out of their office in Luton, you'll lead a team of 10+ agents on their journey to reaching personal/team targets whilst facilitating personal and professional improvement and driving a high-performance culture.
Tasks:
Oversee and manage a team of telesales reps in achieving sales targets and KPI's
Conduct regular and ongoing coaching and mentoring sessions to dive performance improvement within the team.
Monitor and asses individual and team performance through call monitoring and KPI's
Foster a positive, collaborative and high performance work culture within the team.
Help team members provide excellent customer service and a smooth sales journey.
About you:
12+ months experience in leading a sales team
Target driven, self-motivated and dedicated
Experienced in pitching, negotiating, objection handling.
Outstanding communication skills
Enjoy building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
Tactful in your approach to customer
About the role:
Based out of Luton office
£35k Salary with uncapped commission (realistic OTE: £55-60k)
2 stage interview process and quick starts.
