Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Sales Lead for a Birmingham based company that are within the education sector.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment around an established team Sales Executives and working towards individual and team targets.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team in a fulfilling role. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a Team Leader or Management role. This is a hands on role where you will be expected to deliver on your own individual target and lead from the front, whilst working with the Head of Internal Sales to manage the team. The company are a family run business with a great culture and good benefits package.
The working hours are
between the hours of 9am and up to 7.30 pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday cover as required during busy periods.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for:
Day to day management of the sales team, including 121’s, coaching and all management duties
Support the Head of Internal Sales to drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets
Motivate the sales team to ensure team target is hit but also manage your own target and pipeline
Weekly reporting on stats and sales targets
Weekly performance review with each team member
Lead management (through HubSpot CRM) for the team members ensuring call process is followed and reviewed when needed. Finance lead cover as and when required.
Planning and delivery of sales incentives and sales meetings
Skills & experience required.
2 years’ experience supervising a phone-based sales team.
Experience of driving teams towards sales targets
A hands-on manager – leading from the front.
Highly self-motivated & enthusiastic
Good analytical skills
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
Experience using HubSpot desirable.

Salary of up to £30,000
Uncapped commission + bonus structure, OTE circa £40k
