Sales Support

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Support to join our client, a telecoms and technology company who are recognised as a leader in their field. This role is suitable for a professional person who is looking to progress their career with an exciting and innovative company.

The ideal candidate must live within 1 hour of Cardiff and the salary is �25,000 - �28,000 per annum.

• Salary: �25,000 - �28,000 per annum
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Support:

• Ensuring the CRM systems are kept up to date, including current contacts and buying roles
• Making sure the sales teams are using the correct deal types and pipelines for their deals
• Working with the sales teams to create and define ongoing improvements and requirements to enhance the sales process for everyone
• Providing new business and renewal quotes to assist the team when necessary
• Ensuring appropriate compliance frameworks are being followed and adhered to

Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Support:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working within a sales support role is highly preferred
• Great attention to detail and a professional manner is required
• You should be PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good problem-solving and communication skills are required as well as an analytical mindset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal is essential
