We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic and thriving sales team. This position involves a variety of tasks essential to our busy office, including communicating with suppliers and customers, creating and managing quotes, processing sales and purchase orders, uploading data to our trading platforms, and providing holiday cover for our freight department. Proficiency in Windows applications, especially Excel, is crucial.
The ideal Sales Support Specialist candidate will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal abilities, and possess superb organizational and time management skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively is essential. Fluency in a second language is a plus but not required.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
Friday: 08:30 – 15:00
