Role Overview:
They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team in managing finance applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing top-notch support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in managing and processing finance applications.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on their finance applications.
• Application Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of finance applications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to finance applications, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Data Management: Update and manage client information and application status in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales processes and enhancing client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Experience in a sales support role, preferably within the finance industry. Similar industries such as car finance and mortgage services
• Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. A strong grasp of numbers.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, proactive problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset. They are looking for a good team player, positive, enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
