We are currently recruiting Sales Support person(s) to work alongside our clients team of Account Managers.
You'll be assisting in the many and varied tasks associated with a busy sales office to include, communicating with suppliers and customers (verbal and written), creating quotes, processing sales and purchase orders, uploading data to trading platforms we use, providing holiday cover to our freight dept, (extensive use of Windows apps, Excel in particular).
You will of course have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment. The successful applicant will also possess excellent organisational, time management and inter-personnel skills and be able to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
A fluent second language would be very useful in the role but is not essential.

Progression to an Account Manager position is possible.
The position comes with a very competitive basic salary plus target achieved bonuses, five weeks annual leave (increasing to six), a phone and a laptop.
Working hours: Mon Thurs 08:30 16:30, Fri 08:30 15:00
