The company now wishes to appoint a Sales Support Administrator based at our Moira site to support the Agronomy and Forages Services business.The RoleTo assist with the processing of sales orders for agronomy and forage-based products;Provide telephone sales support to customers for agronomy and forage-based products;Assist with production planning, stock management and labelling for the production of cereal seeds;To assist with the organisation of logistics and scheduling of on farm deliveries;To assist with the planning and co-ordinating of on farm soil sampling services;To assist with the development of on-line services and software development for business processes;Provide administrative support to the Agronomy and Forage Services management team.The PersonHave previous general administration experience in a busy office environment;Experience of production planning, delivery routeing and scheduling;Possess strong IT skills with experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting software;Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;The ability to work on own initiative and within a busy team;Will preferably have an Agricultural qualification;Ideally have an understanding of the Northern Ireland Agricultural Industry;Preferably have previous sales experience to farmers.In return the company offers an attractive salary, training and development and excellent career progression opportunities.Fane Valley Co-operative is a progressive agri-food business based in Moira, Northern Ireland.
