Sales Support Administrator
to join our team in Batley, West Yorkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity join our small and friendly team to support our current customer base. You will be the key contact for numerous long-standing Gem Scientific customers, responsible for enhancing the customer relationship.
Key responsibilities:
Communicating with existing customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Cross-sell and up-sell additional services and products.
Manage all opportunities through the company CRM, and close deals to secure revenue.
Actively make sure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Clearly communicate customer requirements internally to ensure customer and company expectations are met.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement the company's sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
Produce an action plan for sales activity that is to be regularly updated.
