Sales Support Administrator

We are proud to be assisting this highly successful Maidenhead Client in finding a new Sales Support Administrator to join the team.The position is offered on a full time Permanent basis working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.On offer is a salary of 25K to 28K basic and, on top of this there are also other benefits that include: Exclusive Store DiscountsPerformance BonusesPrivate HealthContribution to gym membershipStaff events- team buildingFresh fruit daily The successful candidate will join to support the customers with the taking and processing orders over the phone and via the ERP system and, seeing the orders through from the initial enquiry stage, right through to delivery.The responsibilities include: Responding to incoming customer inquiries.Processing orders, and communicate order progress to customers.Staying up to date on new products, services, and policies.Collecting and reporting customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.Offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.Other duties as requested The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Proven Multi-tasking AbilitiesDynamic Customer Service Experience with exceptional communication skillsExperience working in a B2B environmentStrong IT skills with proficiency in the use of MS Office along with ERP and CRM systems. The company uses Oracle Netsuite so previous experience of this would be ideal but not essential as long as you are conversant with different systems.
