Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Sales Specialist at Made Happy Gifts. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer communication, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training to customers, and managing the sales process. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of working from our Goudhurst location but allowing for some remote work. The right candidate will be thrilled to travel as required on field sales trips and will welcome the opportunity to represent the brand face-to-face!
