We are a team of 30 highly skilled people situated in Oslo and London andseek to expand the UK team with talented sales specialists that share our growth mindset.Position Overview:As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of the green revolution in real estate, advocating for AI technologies that not only save cost and time, but also the planet. Your role will involve strategic outreach to potential clients, demonstrating how our AI solutions can transform their business and development projects. You will work primarily within the UK market, but also supporting the US market.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique challenges in cost management and sustainability.Utilise a Challenger Sales approach to disrupt the status quo with unique insights and push the customer's thinking about how AI can transform their business.Tailor communications to various stakeholders, showcasing the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a manner that is easily understandable.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.Collaborate with our technical team to align solutions with client needs.Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.Qualifications:Proven sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or real estate sectors.Familiarity with Challenger Sale methodology – ability to teach, tailor, and take control of customer conversations.Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Passionate about sustainability and technology’s role in shaping the future of real estate.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus scheme.
