We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base for our software development, Systems Integration, Cyber Security and Cloud DevOps services. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of software development (SDLC) and cloud technologies, and a passion for helping clients achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads to identify new business opportunities for our software creation, Systems integration, cyber security and Cloud DevOps services.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations, including IT leaders, software architects, and C-suite executives.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business challenges and objectives, and present tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
Collaborate with our technical teams to develop proposals, estimates, and solution designs that align with clients' requirements and objectives.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and overcoming objections.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to software development and cloud services.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, sales pipeline growth, and client satisfaction metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software development, systems integration, cyber security or cloud services industry.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, cloud computing, DevOps practices and Cyber security solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively.
Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
