Sales Representative

Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for sales? CNC Recruitment is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our well-known client in South Somerset area.

In this role, you'll take charge of initiating outbound calls to potential customers, promoting company's�products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, product knowledge dissemination, delivering compelling sales pitches, and achieving or surpassing set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:�Reach out to potential customers to introduce them to our products and services.


• Lead Generation:�Skilfully identify and qualify leads by engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.


• Product Knowledge:�Become a product expert! You'll master our product range, understanding their specs, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate their value.


• Sales Pitch:�Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to each customer, highlighting how our product solutions can meet their unique requirements.


• Achievement of Targets:�Thrive on surpassing targets and KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, and generated visits.


• Data Management:�Keep our CRM system updated with accurate customer information and sales activities for seamless follow-up.


• Team Collaboration:�Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to exchange insights and refine our sales strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to build rapport and connect with customers over the phone.


• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.


• Self-motivated and resilient in the face of challenges.


• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
