One of our favourite clients are seeking a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to provide general support in their busy Accounts Department.
Some of your duties will include:
Assisting in the Accounts Department with a wide range of tasks
Inputting both sales and purchase invoices onto the accounts system
Checking that purchase invoices received match purchase orders raised
Calling clients when needed to chase overdue payments due
Ensuring that supplier payments are processed on a weekly basis
Collating expense claims from staff and processing for payment
