Sales Progressor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking to recruit a Sales Progressor.

As a Sales Progressor, you will be working within our Portfolio Management Team to supporting the Sales Manager in the sale of our existing void stock.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets.
Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions.
Obtaining updates on sales activity & progression of conveyancing process.
Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs.
Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information.
Maintaining data base of forecast sales completions and achieved completions.
Coordinating completion documentation and circulating to internal team.
Skills and Experience Required
Essential
Good organisational skills
Good interpersonal skills
Eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to use excel and databases
Understanding of the conveyance process
Understanding of the Portfolio Management function
Preferred
Experience of working in residential sales within the UK
Previous sales progression experience
