My client is a global leader in the property / real estate market, they are seeking a Sales Progressor to join the team in ensuring the customer’s sale is completed in a timely and efficient manner. They are seeking an passionate experienced professional who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possess outstanding problem solving skills.Roles include:lawyers and site sales teams are aware of all changes to drawings which impact on purchasersauthority to
exchange/contracts/leases/transfers,
getting documents signed, scanned and returned to Solicitorswith Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti money laundering criteria.
