They are seeking an passionate experienced professional who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possess outstanding problem solving skills.Ensure lawyers and site sales teams are aware of all changes to drawings which impact on purchasersChecking authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned and returned to SolicitorsLiaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.Ensure money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti money laundering criteria. Ensuring the AML is certified correctly, World Checks are carried out in accordance with the AML and flagged if any strong/exact matches.Ensure all staged payments are received on or before the correct dateCarry out world checks once advance payments are received.
