An exciting opportunity has risen for a Sales Progressor at our multi-award winning prestigious client, based in Edwinstowe.
Their expanding team are looking to add someone with a proven track record of providing the highest levels of Customer Service within their thriving branch.
Job Role:
Negotiating and updating multiple parties.
Progressing property sales to exchange and completion
Chase up and down the chain and speaking to other estate agents
Ensuring all customer requirements are handled in a professional manner, always looking to exceed expectations.
Managing enquiries, general administration & problem solving
All other duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate Should:
Have experience working of within the property industry.
Have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
Have an understanding of the property market in Edwinstowe and surrounding areas.
Highly skilled in customer service with a confident telephone and face-to-face manner.
Be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
Be organised and professional with solid attention to detail and time management.
Be an individual who is very driven.
Be able to confidently work under pressure.
A full UK driving license would be required, along with access to own transport.
