Our client is oneof the UK’s largest suppliers of furniture and complimentary workplace services to the commercial interiors sector. Working with a wide range of high-profile European manufacturers our client hascompleted some of the largest national and internationalfurniture projectsembracingall aspects of design, supply, project management, installation and after sales management.Working closely with a dedicated key account and project team, you will be helping ensure that projects are delivered on time whilst providing the clients with accurate information and updates.Key Responsibilities Liaising with the sales team
Putting together quotes
Placing orders withsuppliers
Authorising supplier invoices
Track progress of order to ensuredelivery schedules are met
Arranging internal handover and checking meetings with the dedicated Key account team
Monitoring and updating workflow documents
Raising and actioning any Warranty Issues
Client EngagementSkills & Experience Previous experience working in the furniture industry preferred
Procurement orproject coordination experience
Highly organised with attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously & as part of a close team
Efficient time management
Able to managemultiple projects
