Sales Preparation Specialist / Valeter

Full Time Sales Preparation Specialist / Valeter required for Main Car Dealer in NorwichMonday-Friday 8am-5.30pm Salary £23,795You will be responsible for ensuring the sites used vehicle stock are displayed to the best of their ability, and at the soonest possible opportunity. This will involve valeting the new stock arrivals to a high standard in readiness for being marketed physically and online. You will also be required in assisting the sales departments with the taking and uploading of vehicle video and imagery of the used vehicle inventory. Other duties will include site maintenance. Other duties include, but not limited to, litter picking, grass cutting, cleaning of signage and other essential tasks to ensure the site is always tidy and presentableTheir customers deserve the best service and attention to detail and as such you will be a very important and integral part of the aftersales team.This is a busy and physical position, so the ideal applicant will have good level of energy and mobilityYou will benefit from working in a main dealer environment with great working conditions, equipment and with the full support of our other Valeters and management team.Essential requirements Vehicle valeting experience is essential Have a high level of attention to detail Take pride in your work Reliable and punctual Ability to manage time and workloads to the best efficiency Self-motivated and self-managed Ability to work to tight deadlines Works well under pressure Basic understanding of digital systems and IT hardware Flexible working schedule when called upon in busy periods Good communicator Robust history of reliability and stability in your career Full & valid UK driving licence Be entitled to work in the UKResponsibilities (not limited to): Valeting of used vehicle stock Carrying out imagery of stock Capturing of vehicle imagery and uploading to various digital portals Valeting cover during holidays and absences Forecourt management Driving duties General non-skilled site maintenanceBenefits 22-Days holidays per annum (plus bank holidays) Full time contract Company pension scheme Company car scheme (subject to conditions) 5-day working weekFull company details available on application.
