As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our busy transport office as part of the Sales & Planning team.The RoleAs part of Sales & Planning, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring the seamless provision of road sweepers to our clients in the housebuilding, highways and civils industry. This role requires a proactive approach to chasing orders, taking sales orders from customers, and efficiently planning and coordinating the deployment of our fleet. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, offering solutions and maintaining high levels of service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively chase and secure orders from existing and potential clients.Take and process sales orders accurately, ensuring client requirements are met.Plan and coordinate the dispatch of road sweepers, optimizing fleet utilization.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and resolving any issues promptly.Work closely with the transport and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Contribute to sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.About YouHighly Organised: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.Driven: A motivated self-starter who is eager to take on challenges and contribute to the success of the team.Industry Experience: Preferably someone with a background in transport, rental, or a related sector, understanding the unique demands of the industry.RequirementsProven experience in a sales or planning role within a transport or rental environment is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.Competency in using IT systems and software for order processing and planning.A commitment to providing high levels of customer service.We OfferA competitive salary package, dependent on your experience and qualifications.Excellent opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within a leading company.A dynamic and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued.How to ApplyIf you are a driven individual looking for an opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
