As a Commercial Assistant, you'll be integral to their mission, supporting senior leadership and the wider commercial team in driving sales and sponsorship strategies for this groundbreaking event.
Your role will involve closely assisting and liaising with key stakeholders, managing administrative tasks, logistics & travel admin whilst also ensuring the smooth execution of commercial initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior leadership & wider commercial team in executing sales and sponsorship strategies for the event. You will work closely with various stakeholders to help ensure the successful delivery of commercial initiatives, as well as:
Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist in the execution of sales strategies to drive revenue generation, including identifying prospects, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts, managing LinkedIn for leadership team.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to sales and sponsorship activities
Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for client meetings and other commercial activities, booking travel, hotels and flights
On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during the event, including assisting exhibitors with setup, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring the successful implementation of sponsor activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of commercial activities
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a sales assistant/pre-sales or as an event assistant preferred.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Flexible and adaptable team player, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Interest in technology, innovation, and the creative industries.
