CV Screen is recruiting for a growing company who are investing significantly in their expanding team in order to meet demand.
A talented Sales Order Administrator with Sage 200 experience is required for a growing and market leading company in Gloucester. This position will serve as a main point of contact for the business for both customers and suppliers. The successful candidate will support the order process from quotation to the dispatch of orders. This will be a varied position involving order management, invoicing, preparing quotes and general support to the sales and technical teams. Any experience with Sage or more specifically Sage 50 / 200 would be useful.
This will be an office based position.
A salary of up to £24,000 is available depending on experience is available for the right candidate.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Order processing
Placing orders with suppliers
Invoicing
Providing quotations where required
Answering calls
Data entry
Skills and Attributes
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
Any experience with Sage 200 or any Sage products would be useful
Great customer facing skills
High numeracy and sound technical skills.
Problem-solving skills and initiative, the capacity to make quick but rational decisions.
