Do you have a keen eye for maintaining data integrity and optimizing processes?Do you enjoy supporting Sales teams in their execution, removing barriers and aiding the end to end selling cycle? About our Team Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Sales Enablement & Training, you will work closely with several teams including, but not limited to Sales, Pricing, Product, Commercial, Digital Business Solutions and Sales Operations management to ensure our systems adhere internal polices and best practices. About the Role You'll collaborate with sales teams to implement and optimize new business processes, develop training materials, and partner in the maintenance of technical solutions like Salesforce, Salesforce Configure, Price and Quote solutions (CPQ), Siebel, and Conga Contract Lifecycle Management Solutions (CLMS). You'll serve as the subject matter expert on the end-to-end order fulfilment process for Global Clinical Solutions Sales, Global Medical Education Sales, and the combined Clinical Solutions/Global Medical Education Sales Operations department. Responsibilities Working closely with teams across the organization to deliver on key strategic and operational initiatives with direct impact on revenues.Digging into complex processes and problems. Breaking down ambiguity into concrete and actionable activities to achieve clarity and solutions.Managing and administering back/front office tools including Salesforce, Siebel, Salesforce CPQ, and Conga CLM. This includes updating and maintaining data sets, creating processes and flows, implementing key fields, producing and managing reports and data.Participating in business process analysis, analyzing user flow and behavior to help drive testing strategy and implementation for back/front office tools including Salesforce.Interfacing with system end-users to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues.Documenting Sales Operations processes both at a technical as well as at the process level as requested.Assisting in user training for Salesforce and other sales tools and processes.Supporting the Contracts department day to day activities during high-volume periods to achieve overall sales and business objectives.Requirements Have extensive experience working within Salesforce CRM, and any CPQ or CLM systems. Have an understanding of the sales process, working in a large sales organization for SaaS solutions.Be able to analyze and recognize potential obstacles and recommend solutions.Manage and administer back/front office tools including, but not limited to Salesforce, Siebel, Salesforce CPQ, Conga CLM and JIRA which will include updating and maintaining data sets, creating processes and flows, implementing key fields , producing and managing reports dataHave a Bachelor’s Degree; this requirement may be offset by significant other related experiences and qualifications.Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Advanced Administrator is preferred but not required.Assist in user training for Salesforce and other sales tools and processesHave excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.Be organized, a self-starter, proactive, process-driven, and detail-oriented, able to prioritize according to company goals and manage time effectively.Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).Be a logical thinker with effective communication skills.
