Centric Software is seeking an experiencedsales operation role who will be responsible for managing the sales operations primarily for Centric Software’s customers in Europe. This is a cross functional position which will assist in bringing efficiencies to workflow and will support Centric Software’s Sales Team. This position will also act as a liaison between other teams and clients when appropriate, and to perform other such duties as may be required for the efficient operations of the stations.Responsibilities:Review sales contracts in accordance with legal, product, revenue, and sales policiesEnsure accurate entry into Salesforce, including product information, order discounts, terms, etc.Analyze sales contracts to determine incentives earned for sales commissions and bonusesAudit CaptivateIQ commission calculations as requested by Sales teamWork with Customer Success team to manage renewal addendums for region, including drafting addendum, calculating current term, pricing, CPI/ISTAT, as needed.Setup and maintain customer information and run monthly license, opportunity, forecasting reports in SalesforcePrepare account reconciliations for Centric Software’s customers as neededPrepare Salesforce dashboards and reports as neededCollaborate with various teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal and License/Hosting teams on contract revisions, product delivery, project budgetsCollaborate with customers and finance team to resolve billing inconsistencies or errorsProvide training to Sales team on Salesforce and CPQ processes As part of Sales Operations team, act as CPQ admin to review and advise Sales team on quotingAct as backup Salesforce admin to support European usersEnsure pipeline is updated to prepare License/Hosting team of potential orders, particularly at quarter endDevelop and define project roadmaps to optimize sales processesProactively reach out to various business units within the Company to ensure proper understanding of Centric Software’s deliverables and obligations to properly account for contract and revenue termsRequirements:Ability and desire to learn new skills with an enthusiasm for acquiring systems knowledgeGood problem-solving skills and detail orientedExcellent knowledge of MS officeIn-depth knowledge of industry best practicesAbility to identify areas for improvement in existing processes, a strong plusExcellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate assertivelyDemonstrated ability to take ownership for projects and drive to completionComfortable working in a fast changing, fast-paced environmentExcellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organizational groups and levelsSalesforce admin experience, CPQ admin experience a plusNetSuite experience a plusCollege degree a plusWhat we offer:Competitive salary and benefitsA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunitiesOpportunity to work remotely with a dedicated and motivated teamA remote work environment built on collaboration, flexibility, and respectVaried and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.
