As Sales Operations Specialist (f/m/d) you are responsible for all sales data management. Keeping customer master data updated for all leads and accounts, building up account structures as well as keeping opportunity data up to date at any time in close cooperation with the opportunity owners, maintaining data consistency across all data bases and ensuring proper customer assignment in alignment with the sales management are forming key responsibilities for the Sales Operations Specialist. Yu will be the interface between the sales team, the sales controlling team, the analytics team and the IT team and owns the quality of all sales data, ensuring proper, consistent and meaningful reports at any time.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and customer information to ensure data is up-to-date for business decisionsReporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses for management, highlighting performance, trends, and improvement areasProcess Improvement: Identify improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our data modelCollaboration: Work with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and alignment with overall business goalsCustomer Relationship Management: Actively maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions, feedback, and sales process updates to ensure a 360-degree view of customer activitiesYou have experience in sales operations, back office support, or a similar roleYou are competent in data management across ERP and CRM systemYou are proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelYou are proficient in multiple languages (DE, EN), FR would be beneficialYou have a Customer centric attitude, can-do spirit and Salesforce experienceYou have strong analytical skills with attention to detailYou are an effective communicator (verbal and written) and have great interpersonal skills
