This role will take the lead in managing various administrative tasks, support in maintaining sales databases and records (Sales Force), and assisting with sales-related documentation and processes including and creation and return of RFI, PPQ and soft market documentation. This Support role plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient execution of sales activities across the business.Key Responsibilities:CRM Management: Supporting Sales & Solutions Leads in Utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to track customer interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain accurate sales records. This includes supporting in the management of contacts, opportunities, and sales pipelines.Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analysis on a regular basis to track key sales metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, and win/loss ratios. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Sales Support: Support in the development of the written content into technical M&E sales opportunities in support of bids, RFI and RFP returns.Sales Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.Sales Enablement: Assist in the organization and coordination of sales training programs, sales meetings, and sales events. Ensure sales collateral and materials are up to date and readily available.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing streamlined administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales function.Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective teamwork and collaboration.Core Competencies: Personal Drive
